With 2 years of personal training experience and an ATG Level 1 Certification under Ben Patrick, the “Knees Over Toes Guy,” he brings a ground-up approach to building strong, resilient, pain-free bodies.
Drew’s coaching is built on his own journey. Formerly close to 300 pounds and dealing with a torn meniscus, herniated disc, severe pelvic rotation, and flat feet, he used the same principles he now teaches to lose over 100 pounds and get back to a completely pain-free life.
At the core, Drew believes in healing, growth, and untapped potential. Sessions with him focus on rebalancing the body through smart exercise selection and clear behavior strategies, so clients don’t just work out, they change how they move, feel, and live.
